A long time favorite...this is really a desert but shhhhhhh don't tell !
Ingredients:
1 pkg. lime jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. cream cheese, crumbled
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple
1 carton whipping cream, whipped
Mixing Instructions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add crumbled cream cheese and marshmallows, add remaining boiling water. Stir until jello is completely dissolved.
chill until syrupy. Mix pineapple and pecans together, fold in the whipped cream then fold whipped cream mixture into jello mixture and chill until firm.
