Shipping: At this time we ship only to the contiguous United States and to APO and FPO addresses. With rising fuel costs and since most of our items are light weight, we have found the United States Post Office (USPS) to be the most economical way to get your packages to you. We will check UPS rates for you when requested.
Because we want you to receive fresh product that has not been in a hot truck or warehouse for days, we prefer to ship Priority Mail. IF your order will fit into a flat rate box and that cost is less, then we will use the lesser rate. We also offer you Parcel Post but many times the difference between Parcel Post and Priority is only a few cents.
Our shopping cart will show you the cost of mailing your package. The exception is for the flat rate Priority boxes. Flat rate box costs depend on the size of the box, from 10.70 to 14.50 for the larger box. APO/FPO addresses flat rate is 11.95. If I can ship your purchases to you for less or the same amount in a flat rate box I will notify you and correct the shipping costs before charging you.

Returns: We really want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our product all returns are subject to our approval. Please call or email us to discuss the best way to handle this. We cannot refund shipping charges either from or to us.
Damages: All packages are sent insured and/or with delivery confirmation. If your package is noticeably damaged do not accept it from the mail carrier and please e-mail us right away. When we receive delivery confirmation from the post office we consider your package to be delivered and damage claims can not be honored more than 24 hours after receipt of your package! We may require proof of damages. Thank you for understanding.
Special Orders: Special Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will secure all the details by email.
