The secret history of perfume, reinvented.

Ānti Parfum is a Parisian fragrance house founded by Brieuc Larsonneur and Larissa Sugaipova, exploring forgotten scents, rituals, people, and moments from throughout history.

Working with renowned contemporary perfumers, the house reimagines traces of the past as modern fragrances, treating perfume as an invisible connection between memory, culture, and time.

Founded in Paris by Brieuc Larsonneur and Larissa Sugaipova, Ānti was created around the idea that fragrance may be one of humanity's oldest forms of memory. The name references ānti, an ancient Egyptian aromatic preparation associated with myrrh and incense, connecting the house to the rituals and fragrant traditions that have accompanied human civilization for thousands of years.
The founders bring two distinct perspectives to the brand. Brieuc, an architect by training, approaches Ānti through design, history, and visual culture, with a particular appreciation for the Bauhaus philosophy of marrying form and function. Larissa, whose background is in marketing and e-commerce for luxury brands, brings an understanding of contemporary culture and the emotional connections people form with objects, stories, and scent. Together, they describe their approach as a form of olfactory archaeology, uncovering fragrant stories from the past and interpreting them for the present.
Rather than employing a single house perfumer, Ānti collaborates with accomplished perfumers including Sidonie Lancesseur, Karine Vinchon-Spehner, and Marc-Antoine Corticchiato. Each fragrance begins with a historical reference, from ancient Egyptian incense and a preserved perfume discovered in Pompeii to Japanese archaeological finds and figures from antiquity, before being reconstructed through modern perfumery. The result is a collection that moves across centuries and civilizations, transforming history into something that can once again be experienced through scent.
