At The Scented Cottage, every fragrance and product is chosen with love, care, and a touch of storybook magic. Because our perfumes and botanicals are crafted in small batches, we want to ensure that each item you take home is fresh and ready to be treasured.

Perfumes

Full-size fragrances (30 ml or larger) may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase if unopened and in their original packaging. Exchanges may be made for another fragrance of equal or greater value, so you can continue your search for the scent that feels like home. Discovery sets, samples, and custom-blended workshop creations are final sale.

Candles & Accessories

These may be returned within 15 days of purchase if unused and in perfect condition. Refunds are issued as store credit.

Workshops & Events

All ticketed classes and gatherings are final sale, as each one is prepared especially for our guests.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you discover an issue with your purchase, please bring it back within 7 days and we will be glad to make it right with an exchange or store credit.
