We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase date.

Guidelines

Perfumes must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return or exchange.
To help ensure you love your scent, we encourage you to try the included sample or test the fragrance in-store before opening your full bottle.
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and all included samples.
Once a perfume has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discovery sets, samples, decants, and travel sizes are non-refundable.

Return Policy Abuse

Our sample program is designed to help customers experience a fragrance before opening their full bottle. To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of this policy, customers are limited to two bottle returns or exchanges within any six-month period. Customers who exceed this limit may be denied future returns, exchanges, or further purchases.

The Scented Cottage reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we believe the policy is being misused.
