While the KTORET collection is part of Michael Malul’s fragrance universe — guided by his creative direction — many of the individual perfumes are composed by acclaimed, professional perfumers rather than by Malul alone. According to the brand’s official story, Michael Malul collaborates with some of the world’s most respected perfumers to develop his scents, tapping into their technical mastery and artistic expertise to bring emotional, memorable compositions to life.
For example, Ktoret 140 Blue was created by Roger Howell and Frank Voelkl, two experienced perfumers known for crafting balanced, expressive fragrances that blend fresh, aromatic, and woody facets.

Other KTORET editions — like Ktoret 508 Nightfall — are credited to Gabriela Chelariu, a perfumer recognized for her elegant, nuanced approach to beautiful, wearable scents.

And fragrances such as Ktoret 293 Sparkle were developed with Clement Gavarry, whose work often features luminous florals and vibrant vivacity.
These collaborations reflect Michael Malul’s philosophy of fragrance as collaborative craft: he sets the vision and emotional direction, and works with established master perfumers to realize those ideas through sophisticated olfactory construction.
