Italian fragrance house Bois 1920 traces its origins to 1920, when Guido Galardi established a boutique perfumery in Florence, inspired by lavender harvested from hillside fields.

Decades later, his grandson Enzo Galardi revived the brand in 2005, reimagining his grandfather’s vision through a modern lens of Italian craft and niche artistry. With formal perfumery training, Enzo serves as head perfumer and creative director, guiding Bois 1920’s evolution and maintaining its signature blend of heritage, innovation, and raw material excellence.
