Dragon Perfumes was founded by Darryl R. Hunter, an aerospace engineer whose lifelong passions for nature, chemistry, and ancient traditions led him to perfumery. Raised in the Mississippi Delta by a mother who loved beauty and fragrance, Darryl grew up wearing fine perfumes and appreciating their power to transform how we feel. After finding it increasingly difficult to source the styles of fragrance he loved, he embarked on a ten-year journey of study and exploration—training with the Natural Perfumers Guild in the U.S., the Perfumery School of the UK, and traveling to Spain and Italy to deepen his craft.

Today, Dragon Perfumes is known for its limited-release creations, crafted from rare natural ingredients, symbolic packaging, and hand-drawn labels that make each fragrance a work of art.
