Tankhouse

Founded by friends Gabe and Tony, Tankhouse began with a simple idea: fragrance could reflect the way they live and the city they love. Based in Brooklyn, the independent house draws directly from the founders’ experiences, lifestyles, and neighborhoods, turning familiar New York places and moments into wearable scent. Gabe leads operations while Tony serves as Head of Creative, giving the brand a distinctly founder-led identity.

The debut collection explores two dramatically different sides of the city. Secret Beach, created by perfumer Christine Spilka, transports you to the Rockaway Peninsula with bergamot, strawberry, black cherry, coconut husk, sea-sprayed jasmine, musk, and amber. Vibrant Skyline, composed by Ilias Ermenidis, captures Manhattan at dusk through cardamom, juniper, white thyme, Madagascar vanilla, incense, cistus, and Haitian vetiver.

At its heart, Tankhouse is about sense of place. Instead of inventing distant fantasy worlds, the house finds inspiration in the lives its founders are already living: beaches at the edge of the city, rooftops at sunset, neighborhood streets, friends, and the constantly changing energy of New York. The result is contemporary, approachable niche perfumery with a strong connection to the city that created it.
