Ghost Stories

Ghost Stories Parfums began in the summer of 2024, when founder and longtime fragrance collector Kelton began exploring his fascination with gothic storytelling, folklore, and the supernatural through perfumery. Unable to find enough fragrances that captured the mysterious worlds he imagined, he began teaching himself the art of perfume creation. What started as a personal creative pursuit soon grew into something larger when Kade joined him, and together they began sharing their first fragrances with friends, family, and customers at local farmers' markets.

The house draws inspiration from ghost stories, ancient legends, mythology, and unexplained phenomena, treating each fragrance as an opportunity to bring an imagined world to life. Kelton serves as the fragrance creator, developing original compositions using an extensive collection of natural ingredients and specialty aroma molecules. Rather than creating perfumes that are merely unusual for the sake of being different, Ghost Stories follows three guiding principles: every fragrance should be genderless, driven by storytelling, and genuinely wearable.

Every fragrance is handcrafted in small batches in Utah Valley, typically at extrait de parfum concentration, and allowed to mature for at least three weeks before release. The house does not use premade fragrance oils or recreate existing perfumes, choosing instead to develop original compositions that translate atmosphere, mystery, and emotion into scent. At its heart, Ghost Stories Parfums celebrates humanity's fascination with the unknown, preserving the spirit of folklore through fragrances that invite the wearer to become part of the story.
